Salt Recovery Plant
Salt Recovery Plant (SRP) is designed to recover crystallised salts from high?TDS industrial effluents generated in Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems. Typically deployed downstream of evaporation processes such as MEE or MVR, the SRP enables effective separation, recovery, and handling of salts for reuse or safe disposal.
The system concentrates residual brine and converts dissolved salts into solid crystalline form using controlled evaporation and crystallisation. Solid salts are then separated, while recovered water is recycled back into the process. Engineered for continuous and reliable operation, the Salt Recovery Plant helps reduce liquid waste generation while supporting sustainable resource management.
