Leadership Excellence Authenticity Pathway (LEAP) Programme
In today’s dynamic and competitive business environment, high performance requires a cross-functional skill set. In order to achieve this, it is necessary to upgrade both knowledge and skills from time to time. Therefore, to make A.T.E.’s leadership team future-ready, A.T.E. organised a ‘Leadership Excellence Authenticity Pathway (LEAP)’ for leaders of the A.T.E. Group which consisted of four modules: 'Individual Excellence', 'People Excellence', 'Operational Excellence', and 'Customer/Business Excellence'. The first module of the LEAP programme started in May 2018 and the last module was completed in September 2019. The last module was conducted at Fountainhead Leadership Center, Alibaug. Mr Craig Gould from InspireOne was the faculty for this module. Yoga sessions were conducted to keep the participants rejuvenated by a trained yoga teacher.
The session was inaugurated by Mr G V Aras (Director, A.T.E. Enterprises) who explained the importance of customer and business excellence. The 5-day programme was a mixture of business simulations, case studies, team games, and other activities that were focused on topics such as VUCA world, strategic thinking, design thinking, customer value mapping, and decision making.

The programme culminated with a convocation ceremony. Mr Anuj Bhagwati (Head, A.T.E. Group), Mr G V Aras, Mr Nikesh Jain (CFO, A.T.E. Group), and Mr Craig Gould handed over the programme completion certificates to all the participants. They also wished the participants good luck and urged them to implement their learnings from the training programme to make A.T.E. a future ready organisation. Participants expressed that LEAP programme has helped them to learn a lot of new skills and will help them achieve their goals.
