HMX participates in tech talk at ISHRAE, Mumbai

Founded in 1981, the Indian Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE) is an association that seeks to advance heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC&R) systems design and construction. ISHRAE participates in – and organises – activities that are aimed at protection of the environment, improvement in indoor air quality, and energy conservation with respect to the HVAC sector. ISHRAE also educates its members and others about advancements in the sciences of HVAC&R engineering through various initiatives.

As a part of its educational program, ISHRAE planned a seminar on indirect direct evaporative cooling (IDEC). It was conducted at the ISHRAE Mumbai office on 11 January 2019. HMX (a part of the A.T.E. Group), is an active member of ISHRAE. Indirect direct cooling is a key strength of HMX. Hence, ISHRAE’s Mumbai chapter invited Mr Prashant Bhaware (Deputy General Manager & Head, Domestic Sales, HMX) to talk about the IDEC technology. Many experienced HVAC specialists attended the talk. The session was quite interactive with many questions about the technology and its efficiency being asked by the audience.
