HMX appoints franchisees for project and service

HMX, a Business Unit of A.T.E., has a large installed base of indirect evaporative cooling and is expanding its footprint rapidly. To provide uninterrupted customer service and ensure total customer satisfaction, HMX is adopting, on a pilot basis, a franchisee model for project execution and service support. Accordingly, HMX has appointed franchisees in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu: HVAC Systems, Bengaluru (Karnataka) and Vision Engineering, Chennai (Tamil Nadu).

Both franchisees will undertake installation and commissioning of HMX machines including low side work, provide trouble shooting services, and also take on annual maintenance contracts. These franchisees will also supply essential spares to customers located within their territories.

Both franchisees have years of experience in the HVAC and related fields and have dedicated and trained teams of engineers, technicians, and workmen. They have undergone special training at HMX as well and are fully prepared to execute HMX projects and take care of after sales service. HMX is confident that its customers will be benefitted by the expert and prompt local support provided by these franchisees to ensure higher uptime of their machines. The HMX service team will of course back up the franchisees and customers fully to ensure customer satisfaction.

HMX chose to go with Karnataka and Tamil Nadu with the franchisee model initially as the customer base in these two states is growing at a fast pace. HMX plans to roll out this model in other parts of the country next year.
