A.T.E. scores high on customer satisfaction
Customers have handed out a resoundingly positive verdict to A.T.E. and its principals in an extensive customer satisfaction survey carried out by the company recently. A.T.E. and its principals scored an overall satisfaction index of 4.2 and 4.0 respectively, on a scale of 5 – an affirmation of customers’ trust in A.T.E. and its principals. The survey also shows a high level of customer loyalty with around 85% of the customers being active advocates for A.T.E. and its principals.
The survey covered in all 529 customers encompassing the three business verticals: textile engineering, flow technology, and print and packaging equipment. The objective of the survey was to seek customers’ feedback on the services offered by A.T.E. as well as on the products and services offered by its principals. The survey was on a scale of 1 to 5 where 1 denotes ‘very poor’ and 5 indicates ‘very good’.
Customer satisfaction index covering A.T.E. and its principals
A.T.E. has been carrying out a customer satisfaction survey every two years as it believes that this is one of the best ways to capture changing customer expectations and to continuously improve its products and processes to align with the changing expectations of our customers. This is the 6th such survey undertaken by the company and A.T.E. has been consistently maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction – a testimony to the impeccable products and services offered by A.T.E. and its principals.
